1. Avoid Multitasking.
Doing multiple things at once cuts into performance. While working on PC, close any tabs or programs that might distract you, put your phone away, and stay focused.
2. Build in Breaks.
Take mini breaks from Zoom calls by minimazing the window, or just looking away from your computer completely for a few seconds now and then. In between Zoom calls get up and move around for a bit.
3. Reduce on screen stimuli.
Hide yourself from view. Most people on video focus on other's people backgrounds, plants, furniture, bookshelfs. Using plain background helps to comb mental fatigue.
4. Reduce on screen time.
Check your schedule, if you can avoid Zoom calls, do it. Try to schedule Zoom calls/meetings/classes, for no more than 6 hours a day.
